    This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Wecolab. (“Wecolab”, “we,” or “us”).     Using the website for something other than its intended purpose is forbidden and may lead to its removal and cancellation of User subscription..

    For content that is discriminatory and offensive against Users and is determined non-suitable shall be removed without prior notice by Wecolab and may result in the cancellation of User subscription.

    All content provided, used and posted by User belongs to the User. Wecolab releases itself from any and all liability with regards to User’s content. User is responsibly for any and all legal proceeding and liability with regards to content provided by User. Wecolab is not responsible with what others do with your content, and therefore the User must determine the level of privacy of the content, and allowing the sharing of your content must be determined by you.

    Content may be removed if the you determine that you deem that you do not wish to share it on Wecolab, however copies may be kept in order for the use of digital backup.

    You may sell content and your services through Wecolab, and facilitate it through our virtual platform, we do however assume no legal obligation with regard to user-user agreements and disputes.

    Feedback provided by user to Wecolab gives Wecolab the right to non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferrable license to use, reproduce, make, use, sell, offer to sell, publicly display, distribute, modify, translate the feedback for purposes deemed necessary by Wecolab.
